Gruntmonkey and its employees, contractors, and partners are expected to operate approximately 8 hours a day, and around 40 hours a week if committed to full-time status. This allows for comfortably paced days to get the required tasks done. There is no weekend work, we rarely have meetings, and work to provide realistic deadlines to achieve the required goals of our projects without the need to rush because of a sudden shift in scope or knee-jerk request. We take time to consider the best approach for our clients and deliver upon our agreed-upon expectations.
All employees, contractors, and partners are provided ample autonomy and authority to do their best work, and in return expect accountability for the work delivered.
